joint tenancy
Ownership of a property by two individuals. If one individual dies, the other owns the property entirely based on the "right of survivorship".

judicial foreclosure
A court action taken to collect a debt owed.

jumbo loan
A mortgage of $25,000 or more. Such loans often have a higher interest rate.
